Hmm... I think this loses something in translation...? Anyhow, I decided to write up an English version for "To you, this flower" after all. ^^;; The SS is up on my site and will be going up later on ff.net. Blame akinarei for this one. It came from my recent lost battle to Lin-san on her D prompt. >.> Any mud should be slung her way.

Words: 1693 with an omake
Summary: Mai receives a package from a former classmate at SPR. However, when the Regulars see that flower...

Notes: Dream!boy makes a brief cameo.

Disclaimer: Ghost Hunt is the brain child of Ono Fuyumi. The world and characters are hers. I'm just toying with the characters until they decide to revolt against me. :P

Actually this story was conceived because of your silly D prompt. I'm tempted to let you have the incomplete second version of that story where Ginny barges in, but I also have a third, very mundane version that needs fleshing out... and is completely in Japanese which might be more fitting. :P

In any case, this story's all about drawing parallels. Mai's classmate is saying he's from Mars and Mai says he's very similar to Gene which is causing the others to question whether Gene was from Mars. (Poor Gene!) And since Noll and Gene are identical twins... ^^;

At least Mai got a little payback on that guy. ^^;

Poor Gene is right! But Noll being from Mars (or any other planet thereof) wouldn't surprise me. He'd get along very well with people in the 12th division from Bleach, I think-- the mad scientist bit and what not.

Eep! >.<;; I have a tendency to write using "Noll" especially in the narrative with dialogue variable, and then do a search and replace afterwards. I obviously forgot to change all the Noll's to Naru's this time. Will have to fix that. >.<;;
