F is for Forgiveness... Two Drabbles??

Two drabbles apparently for akinarei. This one hasn't made it to SS concept yet, but for some reason, someone decided to come pay me a visit this morning.  ^^; Maybe he's been feeling a bit neglected lately?

Exactly 100 words each. ^_^

Mai stared at the cup of tea on her desk. The black-clad person who put it there was poker-faced, as always. But he only made her tea when she was upset or to apologise.

She wasn't upset. And he hasn't done anything.

Suspicious, Mai hesitantly accepted the cup. “Thank you,” she said.

She took a sip. It was heavenly, but ever so slightly different...?

Mai put the cup down and looked up. His eyes glinted... with mischief??

'That look... that's...'

He leaned down gently brushing her lips with his.

“!!” Her eyes widened in surprise.

“Asking forgiveness first, Gene?!”



The first time she called him by his real name, he apologised and asked her forgiveness for having used her. But to her, there was nothing to forgive. The next time they met, she asked him what he'd been about to say by the lake that evening.

'There's something I wanted to tell you... but I won't.'

But he just smiled and shook his head. “You already forgave me for everything that happened then, so I'll keep that to myself,” he said mischievously.

Mai stared at him frustrated. “I should never have forgiven you until after you told me! Gene!!”


Poor Lin-san... where's he been? Has he even shown up in the drabbles yet? That's okay, Naru's started to poke at me saying I should pay more attention to him again... >.<;;

*laughs* I think that's Gene for you. ^^; He's such a sweetie but I can *so* see him doing something like that. I feel like I should try a Noll version of the tea, but... ^^;; I'm sure the stupid scientist will have other plans in store for me. >.<;;

*laughs* I'll have to see about giving Lin a more prominent role in something... maybe whatever inspires tomorrow since Naru seems to have taken over for today. I think he's a bit miffed Gene got to steal a kiss but he hasn't had his chance yet. And here I thought he was an stupid scientist with no space in the brain for more basic biology... :P

Yasuhara's dangerous. Are you sure you want to let that guy loose again? After all the romping he'd done in my NaNo?? O_O;;

*laughs* Most of his romping was fine, especially since he put Naru in his place in a way, too, but the end?? He ended up *giving* Naru an idea there! >.<;; Stupid mad scientist. How did you get that idea. *Where* did you... oh never mind. I don't want to know the answer to that one. >.>

Actually, Yasuhara's just too much an agent of chaos to join forces with that idiot scientist. Yes. I must believe that or I'll never sleep again. O_O

Good lord! The world wouldn't be a safe place if those two joined forces! O_O;; ......Actually, I wonder if there might be an interesting fic lurking in there somewhere... No! I think I'm taking on enough requests that such thoughts should be banned from the brain... for now. ^^;

Yasuhara I can definitely see joining forces with Madoka, but I agree, too chaotic for long-term alliances with Naru. Thankfully Naru really is too much of a stupid mad scientist. ^^;

*sigh* Shoumyou's so shiny and deserves more love... >.<;;
