You need to install the language... I'm not sure what they're called in XP/Vista. They used to be language packs or IME's. Basically if you go to the language area in control panel you should find a place where you can install different language sets so you can read the different character sets or even input them.

While Haku can display most J, there's the occasional character he has difficulty displaying (I suspect the tilde's the worst offender but could be wrong) so I get boxes, and he's a bit weird with font size. >.> Worse is that I don't know how to install the language packs in order to input J on him. ^^; I have to use Mokkun for all that.

The English version isn't quite complete yet because I was wrestling the latter part to stay at a controllable length (of course, this means that the J version isn't complete either). Even so, that didn't stop the brain from filling in the details behind my concept for this time frame for me last night. >.> (Of course, I only wrote up the first part of the story, so I *could* post that part in English, too, I suppose. :P ) As it is, the brain's now suggesting I switch styles on the last part out of exposition to more dialogue based in order to make it more interesting. *sigh* The inner editor is rarely very silent. >.>
